As an experienced skipper, Roza ensures smooth sailing and creates a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere on board. Her excellent service, friendly presence, and eye for detail turn every trip into a truly special experience.
Roza speaks French, English, German, and Turkish, and effortlessly connects with guests from all over the world.

Joan
Our Skilled Skipper and Ocean Expert
Joan is one of our trusted skippers and a true expert of the sea. He speaks French, Portuguese, and Creole, and brings years of experience and local knowledge to every trip.
Safety is Joan’s top priority – especially on deck – and his calm, focused presence ensures that everyone feels secure and well looked after.
As a diving expert, fisherman, and talented cook, Joan knows the ocean like the back of his hand. He grew up fishing the waters around Sal and knows the coastline inside and out – including the best hidden spots and marine life encounters.
Whether he's guiding you on deck, preparing a fresh catch, or sharing local stories, Joan brings authenticity and skill to every moment on board.
